Clearview Youth Activity Kit Request Form

As a response to COVID-19 the Clearview Youth Centre is launching new at home youth activity kits for ages 12-18. They will be available safely through curbside pick up or delivery to your door. This will help us connect with the youth of Clearview and offer great activity options from home. You can expect items each week that will keep youth busy at home through exercise, DIY’s, hands on activities, and something yummy.

Summer activity kits are free and run till August 27th. Limited activity kit’s available. Register ASAP to secure your spot.

The Connecting Clearview Youth program is supported by the Government of Canada’s Emergency Community Support Fund and Community Foundations of Canada.

Some activities require art supplies. Please help up reserve these supplies for those that truly need them, check any materials below that you already own and do not need:

Delivery: Activity kits will be available every Monday starting July 13th, the week of August 3rd will be moved to Tuesday for the holiday. Would you like your activity kit dropped off to your front door or to pick it up curbside from the Youth Centre?
