Clearview Township is committed to ensuring that Township business, services and facilities are managed and designed to actively assist in removing barriers for persons with disabilities.
This mandate was started through the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) which mandated private, public and non-profit organizations to provide accessible access to goods and services, buildings and facilities, structures and premises, workplaces and accommodations.
A variety of policies, procedures and guides have been developed to regulate accessibility requirements in the Township. Please refer to the related documents section of this page for more information.
