Whether you are looking to help out at your favourite community event, tend to beautiful gardens in our downtown areas or support a local service group, there is always something you an do! Small Halls Festival 'Hallunteer' Program
Affectionately known as “Hallunteers”, there are over 300 Small Halls Festival volunteers needed! We invite you to be part of an award-winning Festival that takes place throughout beautiful Clearview Township. “Hallunteers” get to mix business and pleasure for an entire fun filled weekend. You can help at a music, art, food, games activities at one of the Nine Small Halls.

Here is a way to get to know your community or get those volunteer hours for school. We welcome one and all, old and young. Let’s pull together and create memories for the future.
The Small Halls Festival “Hallunteer” program is supported by Tim Hortons, located in Creemore, Stayner and Sunnidale Corners. Volunteers receive a t-shirt, $5.00 Tim Card, training and orientation.
Please complete the volunteer application and become part of a community group that likes to have fun!
The Volunteer Service Agreement and the AODA Training Sign Off Forms are also required to be completed by volunteers at the Small Halls Festival. If you have not completed these forms in the past 3 years, then you will be required to submit them prior to the Festival or during the Hall Orientation.

Become a Tourism Ambassador!
The Clearview Tourism Office, located at 220 Huron St. strives to be open during the tourist season (June to Sept). Clearview Township relies on dedicated volunteers to provide tourism and local information to visitors. Training is provided! If you are able to commit to volunteering for one or more Saturdays or Sundays between 10am-2pm, from June to September, please contact Amanda Murray, Tourism Coordinator at amurray@clearview.ca
Clearview Township Special Events
Volunteers at special events assist with set up/tear down, organizing activities, registration and helping with the event organizer. Training is provided!
