Affectionately known as “Hallunteers”, there are over 300 Small Halls Festival volunteers needed!
We invite you to be part of an award-winning Festival that takes place throughout beautiful Clearview Township. “Hallunteers” get to mix business and pleasure for an entire fun filled weekend. You can help at a music, art, food, games activities at one of the Nine Small Halls.
Here is a way to get to know your community or get those volunteer hours for school. We welcome one and all, old and young. Let’s pull together and create memories for the future.
The Small Halls Festival “Hallunteer” program is supported by Tim Hortons, located in Creemore, Stayner and Sunnidale Corners. Volunteers receive a t-shirt, $5.00 Tim Card, training and orientation.
Please complete the volunteer application and become part of a community group that likes to have fun!
The Volunteer Service Agreement and the AODA Training Sign Off forms are also required to be completed by volunteers at the Small Halls Festival. If you have not completed these forms in the past 2 years, then you will be required to submit them prior to the Festival or during the Hall Orientation.
